A chat system allows for direct communication between donors and organizations, fostering a closer connection and greater trust. For organizations, Donatio serves as a powerful tool to manage their public presence, track both digital and physical donations, and engage with their supporter community. A private dashboard provides full control over their profile, storage of physical goods, event management, and activity logging. The entire system is overseen by super admins who are responsible for verifying organizations, managing users, and generating system-wide reports. This ensures the integrity and security of the platform. Future plans include an AI-powered fraud detection system, a notification system, and multilingual support to further enhance the platform's capabilities.
